To
help Nokia address recruitment goals, we built a highly specific
employment brand and supported it with a long-term recruitment strategy.
We identified areas, schools, and organizations that Nokia could
"own" in terms of relationship building, then created
a message to speak explicitly to employees and potential employees.
To engage candidates further, we rolled out a recruitment platform
to escort candidates through the lifecycle of a Nokia employee.
The campaign was reinforced through image and job-specific advertising,
websites, events, email campaigns, public relations, and awards
programs.
