The goal for the Fresh Lane website: make it fresh, fun, and involving. So we focused on a key strategy – customer engagement – that connects consumers with a new concept in grocery shopping. To initiate a relationship, the site offers the capability to create and print an online shopping list. Customers are also rewarded when they suggest a product, suggest a location, or share a Fresh Lane experience. This customer-centric approach garners daily praise from shoppers, and has helped Fresh Lane deliver key messaging in a family-friendly way.
