When
energy services were opened to deregulation in January 2002, Reliant
realized that in a newly competitive market, a personality adjustment
was necessary to remain successful. Working with their established
identity, we created an approach to collateral appropriate for both
B to C and B to B audiences. We developed an online graphics standards
manual, with written and visual guidelines, to assist with consistent
branding and co-branding.
