We
started with a brand audit, to get a picture of where they were.
Then, we used our proprietary Brand Visualization process to create
a printed and interactive guide for Nokia designers worldwide to
ensure consistency from typefaces to imagery. Next, we conceived
a system of packaging and collateral that would translate universally.
Meanwhile, working with Nokia’s HR staff, we developed a brand
platform that would connect with employees, managers and recruiters.
From there, we developed an all new recruitment plan and campaign,
even a robust eRecruitment site. For Nokia, RBMM turned out to be
a great call. |
